20 Hie Time System Unit

In my personal opinion, I think we only need to write H to represent the Hie to make people more easy to write the New Time System.
1 H will equal to 1Hie
When will need to calculate very short time, (mH) miliHie can be use.
1H will equal to 1000mH which almost same as 1M long = 1000 mm
